Fees
Springhill facilities are available for meetings and conferences with or without the use of our overnight guest room accommodations. Springhill is maintained and operated through gifts from friends of the Retreat Center and from rental fees charged for the use of the facilities. There is no additional cost for use of the Chapel when renting the Lodge or Adult Conference Center.
The Lodge Daily Rates:
0 to 6 hours - $100
7 to 9 hours - $140
10 to 12 hours - $165
13 to 25 hours - $275
The Adult Conference Center Daily Rates:
0 to 6 hours - $100
7 to 9 hours - $140
10 to 12 hours - $165
The Adult Conference Center Overnight Accommodations:
$65 per room per night (5 room minimum) + $55 one-time use fee for the
Conference Center meeting room.
Deposits for daytime reservations - $100
Deposits for overnight reservations - $150
Payment of all balances due one month prior to reserved date.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for a daily rental
or $150 for an overnight rental. The balance of payment is due
30 days in advance and is non-refundable and non-transferable
unless the date is rebooked within 30 days of original reservation.
